How to request deletion
If you can sign in to your KG Finvest Portal account, use any account-deletion option provided in your account settings, if available. If no such option is available, submit a request by email using the steps below.
Without the app (for example if you uninstalled it or cannot sign in): request deletion by email.
- From the email address registered on your KG Finvest Portal account, write to support@kgfinvest.com.
- Use the subject KG Finvest Portal account deletion request and include your full name, registered email and registered mobile number.
- Say whether you want your account and all eligible personal data deleted, or only communication data.
Verification and processing
- In-app requests are processed by our servers when you confirm. If a step fails, the request is retried automatically.
- Email requests: we contact you on your registered email or mobile number to confirm the request is yours, then process it by hand and tell you the outcome. We do not state a completion time for email requests on this page.
What happens to your data
After verifying your request, KG Finvest will delete or anonymize eligible account information from active systems where applicable. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies may remain until they expire or are overwritten under the applicable system settings.

Third-party service providers may retain information processed through their services under their own terms and retention practices. Where applicable, we will handle deletion requests in accordance with our agreements with those providers and applicable law.
Deleting your account is not the same as redeeming your investments
- Deleting your KG Finvest Portal account does not redeem or stop mutual fund units, SIPs, mandates, loans, insurance policies or other financial products.
- It does not close any folio, demat account or bank account held with a fund house, registrar, depository or bank.
- To redeem investments, stop a SIP or mandate, close a loan, or cancel an insurance policy, contact the relevant financial institution or use its official process. Portal account deletion does not itself change any third-party financial product.
