Important: KG Finvest acts only as a distributor, facilitator, and advisor for the above services. KG Finvest is not a bank, NBFC, insurance company, stock broker, portfolio manager, or SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, unless specifically and separately stated in writing. All loan approvals, insurance issuance, and mutual fund transactions are subject to the sole discretion, credit policies, underwriting norms, and applicable regulations of the respective bank, NBFC, insurance company, or asset management company (AMC).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use our website or avail our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Nature of Services
- Mutual Fund Distribution: We assist you in investing in mutual fund schemes as a distributor and earn distribution commission from AMCs as permitted under AMFI regulations. We do not guarantee returns on any investment. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks; please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
- Loans (Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan): We facilitate your loan application by connecting you with partner banks and NBFCs. We do not guarantee loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, or disbursement timeline. Final approval rests entirely with the lending institution based on its own credit assessment and policies.
- Insurance Advisory: We assist you in understanding and selecting suitable insurance products. Policy issuance, terms, premiums, and claim settlement are governed solely by the respective insurance company and IRDAI regulations.
- Financial Planning, SIP/SWP, and Investment Advisory Support: Any guidance provided is general in nature and intended to assist your decision-making. It does not constitute personalised investment advice under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations unless explicitly agreed in a separate advisory arrangement.
- ITR Filing Assistance: We assist in preparing and filing income tax returns based on the information and documents you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information shared with us.
- Calculators and AI Tools: Our website offers financial calculators and AI-generated reports for illustrative purposes only. These are indicative and automated in nature and do not constitute professional, legal, tax, or investment advice.
4. User Responsibilities

- Payments made through our website are processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking credentials.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service, the stage of processing, and any costs already incurred. - Fees paid to third parties (AMCs, insurers, banks, government portals) are non-refundable through KG Finvest and are governed by the respective third party's policies.

11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. Subject to the above, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
