Loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, fees, insurance acceptance, investment execution, tax outcome, and disbursement are determined by the concerned provider or authority.
KG Finvest does not guarantee approval, a particular interest rate, a particular return, a fixed processing time, or any specific financial outcome.
6. User Information and Documents
You agree that information and documents submitted by you will be accurate, complete, lawful, and not misleading. You must not submit another person’s information without proper authority or consent.
You are responsible for checking documents, application details, declarations, and communications before submission to any third party.
