Who can create a banker page?
Employees and authorised representatives of banks, NBFCs and housing finance companies who source loans. Each page is reviewed by KG Finvest before it is published.
Is there a charge to create or update my page?
There is no charge to create or update your page through this portal.
How does "Extract" work?
It reads your WhatsApp message for products, loan range, eligible profiles, FOIR, LTV, fees, geo limits, programs and your contact details. Anything not clearly stated (for example "ROI based on CIBIL" without a number) is left blank for you to fill in — nothing is guessed.
Why is my page reviewed before it goes live?
Customers and our advisors rely on these details. Review helps keep information accurate. After approval, any further changes you submit are reviewed too; your current page stays live meanwhile.
Who can see my contact details, rates and fees?
You choose. Phone/email and interest rates are shown by default and fees are hidden by default — change this under "Public page visibility". KG Finvest staff can see everything you submit for matching.
How are customers matched to my policy?
When a customer completes a KG Finvest loan eligibility analysis, our admin can compare their declared profile against approved banker policies (product, employment, loan range, CIBIL, FOIR, LTV, geo). Matching is internal; customer details are shared with lenders only when the customer chooses to proceed.
Will I get leads?
Your page can be shared by you and used by our advisors for matching, but we cannot promise any number of enquiries or cases.
How do I update or remove my page?
Sign in, paste your latest message or edit the fields, and submit. To take your page down, email support@kgfinvest.com from your registered email.
What do "page views" and "eligibility clicks" mean?
Views count visits to your page (repeat visits from the same network within an hour count once). Clicks count visitors who tapped "Check my eligibility" on your page.

KG Finvest is a financial services intermediary, not a lender, and may review, edit for clarity, decline or remove any page. A banker page is an information listing only; it does not create any partnership, agency, DSA or referral agreement, and no volume of business is promised. Rates, fees and eligibility shown are indicative and subject to the lender's policy and credit approval. Contact details you choose to display are visible to anyone with the link. Your submissions are stored in KG Finvest's Firebase (Google Cloud) project and used to publish your page and for internal customer matching.
