1. About KG Finvest

KG Finvest is a financial services practice based in Alwal, Hyderabad, operated by Mallikarjun Rameshwaram, e-MBA (Founder). KG Finvest is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-301473), GSTIN 36AEIPR0022H1ZR. Unless separately stated to you in writing for a specific product, KG Finvest and the advisor are not SEBI-registered investment advisers/research analysts and not IRDAI-licensed insurance advisers.

2. Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or above, or those legally represented by a parent or guardian. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Services

Consultations booked through this platform — whether a Quick Consultation (live discussion with the advisor) or an AI Banking Analysis (AI-assisted report plus optional live consultation) — are general, informational guidance only. They are based on the advisor's personal experience in banking operations, credit verification, customer verification, and financial services, and on the information you choose to provide.

• Nothing discussed or delivered constitutes investment, legal, tax, or regulated financial advice.
• Mutual fund distribution services, where applicable, are offered strictly within AMFI distributor guidelines and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any scheme.
• The AI Banking Analysis is an automated document summarization and financial information review tool intended for educational and informational purposes only. It does not recommend or advise any financial product, investment, insurance policy, or loan. It is not a substitute for a lending bank's own underwriting, verification, valuation, or credit decision, and loan approval, interest rate, and eligibility remain solely at the discretion of the concerned bank/NBFC.
• AI-generated reports may contain inaccuracies, assumptions, or incomplete interpretations, and should be independently verified before any financial decision is made.
• Final financial decisions, and their outcomes, remain your sole responsibility.

4. Fees & Payment

• All consultation and service fees shown on the platform are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Payments are accepted via Razorpay (cards, netbanking, UPI) or direct UPI transfer, and are processed at the time of booking.
• Fees are payable in full before a consultation is scheduled or an AI report is generated.
• KG Finvest does not store your card or full payment credentials; payments are processed by Razorpay/UPI and verified server-side before a booking is confirmed.

5. Electronic Consent

By clicking "I Agree," making payment, or booking a consultation on this platform, you provide your electronic consent to these Terms under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and such consent is legally binding in the same manner as a physical signature.

6. Booking, Scheduling & Slot Availability

• A preferred date and time is a request, not an automatic confirmation. Your slot is confirmed only once KG Finvest verifies advisor availability and payment; you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm the exact session time if any change is needed.
• Consultations are available on weekdays (12:00 PM–3:00 PM, 5:00 PM–6:00 PM, 7:00 PM–8:00 PM) and on Saturdays & Sundays within a shorter 12:00 PM–2:00 PM window. Weekend slots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each time slot can only be held by one customer; if a slot is booked by someone else before your payment is confirmed, you will be asked to choose a different date or time and no charge will be finalized against the unavailable slot.

7. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds

• All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable, once a booking is confirmed and payment is verified — regardless of whether you attend the consultation, are unsatisfied with the outcome, or change your mind. This applies to Quick Consultation bookings and AI Banking Analysis bookings alike, since advisor time and/or computational resources are committed as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your consultation to a different date or time by contacting KG Finvest at least 4 hours before the scheduled slot, subject to advisor availability. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund; it only moves your existing, already-paid booking to a new slot.
• No-shows: If you do not join the consultation at the confirmed time and do not inform KG Finvest in advance, the session and fee are treated as fully consumed. No refund is issued and rescheduling is not guaranteed.
• KG Finvest-initiated changes: The only exception to the non-refundable policy is if KG Finvest itself is unable to deliver the consultation or report at all (e.g. no advisor available with no alternative slot offered, or a technical failure that prevents report generation). In that specific case, you will be offered a rescheduled slot or a full refund of the amount paid for that booking, at KG Finvest's discretion.
• Any refund issued under the exception above is processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank/UPI provider.

By completing payment on the booking platform, you acknowledge and accept that all fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated above.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To help your consultation run smoothly, you agree to:

• Join your consultation on time at the scheduled slot.
• Ensure a stable internet connection for live/video consultations.
• Upload clear, readable documents when submitting an AI Banking Analysis request.
• Provide accurate and complete information; KG Finvest is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete inputs.

9. Documents & Data You Provide

• Documents you upload for AI Banking Analysis (e.g. income proof, bank statements) are stored in a access-controlled Google Drive folder associated with your booking, and the information you submit is recorded in KG Finvest's internal systems solely to deliver the Services, generate your report, and maintain booking/customer records.
• You confirm that any documents or figures you provide are your own or that you are authorized to share them, and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. KG Finvest is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
• Email OTP verification is used to confirm your email address before certain actions (such as viewing the advisor's full profile or completing a booking) are enabled.
• KG Finvest does not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with payment processors (Razorpay), Google Workspace services used to operate the platform, and — only with your consent or as required to deliver the Services — relevant banks/NBFCs/insurers you choose to be referred to.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the KG Finvest Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected. Where the Privacy Policy and these Terms address the same subject, the more specific provision applies to the extent of any conflict.

11. Communication Consent

By booking a consultation, you consent to KG Finvest contacting you via email, phone call, SMS, and/or WhatsApp regarding your booking, payment confirmation, consultation scheduling, AI report delivery, and related service updates. This does not include unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.

12. Recording Policy

Recording of consultations by either party — customer or advisor — is prohibited without prior mutual consent. If KG Finvest introduces recording for quality assurance, training, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes in the future, customers will be informed in advance where required by applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All reports, templates, calculators, AI-generated analyses, website content, and consultation material provided through the Services remain the intellectual property of KG Finvest (or its licensors) and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without KG Finvest's prior written permission. Your own personal report is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating your own financial situation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KG Finvest and the advisor's liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount of fees actually paid by you for the specific booking in question. KG Finvest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss arising from a bank's or NBFC's independent decision on your loan/insurance/investment application, market fluctuations, or delays outside KG Finvest's reasonable control.

15. Force Majeure

KG Finvest shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide the Services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including internet or service outages, power failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, banking system outages, or other force majeure events.

16. Fraud Prevention

KG Finvest reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any booking where fraudulent activity, identity misuse, or payment abuse is suspected, and to take reasonable steps to verify a customer's identity or payment before delivering the Services.

17. Changes to These Terms

KG Finvest may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, applicable law, or business practice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the KG Finvest Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KG Finvest regarding the Services, and supersede any prior understanding or agreement on the same subject, whether written or oral.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
